About the session
In the Nordics, banks and investment platforms have been able to access customers’ investment, pension and savings data across providers for several years. They use it to show customers what they hold elsewhere, to move investments and pensions, and to give advice based on the consumers’ full financial context. Some are now building AI assistants on the same data.
When we were in London in October, many conversations were about what comes after open banking. This session goes through what that looks like in practice, with the FCA’s plans as the starting point.
What we’ll cover
What the FCA’s plans mean in practice, and what UK firms can prepare for now
How the customer gives access to pension, savings and investment accounts held elsewhere, and what data comes back
How that data changes the customer experience, from showing everything in one place to helping customers move their savings
What it takes to build AI advice or an assistant on it, including what the customer has to agree to
Live Q&A at the end
Who it’s for
Product, data and innovation leads at UK wealth, investment and savings platforms, fintechs and banks.
