Advisor Access view greeting John, with a customer's holdings across providers in EUR.

Less chasing, more advising

Advisors spend valuable time asking customers to recall what they hold, and the answers are often incomplete or outdated. Advisor Access puts it on screen instead, so the meeting starts with advice.

Editor note (hidden on the live site): paste code in the Code field on the right and set the card header in Code Title / Code Meta (leave both empty to hide it). Lines starting with // are comments; a quoted line that isn't a key (a chat question or answer) shows as text. Colours and line numbers only appear on the published page.

Built for every kind of advice

Advisor Access works with all the data customers can share: investments, pensions, savings, insurance, loans and bank accounts. Use it for investment and pension advice, insurance reviews, or both in the same meeting.

What advisors see depends on what the customer consents to share and on provider coverage in each market.

FAQ

What do we have to build?

Nothing. Advisor Access is hosted and ready to use, so your advisors can start working with customers’ financial data without a development project. Customers share their data through a landing page with Anessa Connect built in, and it appears straight away for the advisor. If you later want the same data in your own systems, the Financial data API and MCP server return exactly the same data.

Can we use it with our own advisory system instead?

Yes. If your advisors already work in their own advisory system, the shared data can go straight into it through the Financial data API, so they get the customer’s context without switching tools. The integration work sits with your system provider. In the meantime, you can start with Advisor Access so your advisors benefit from day one.

Which data can advisors see?

Every category Anessa collects: investments, pensions, savings, insurance, loans and bank accounts, subject to market and provider coverage. Advisors see what the customer holds across every provider they chose to share, in one view, with Intelligence insights on top. They can also export it for their own records.

How long does it take to go live?

Your advisors can start as soon as your account is created and access is granted. There’s nothing to build or install, so the pace is set by your own rollout to advisors, not by a development project.

Is it secure and consented?

Yes. Data collection only starts after your customer consents and authenticates with each provider. Anessa uses the credentials only for that collection and discards them right away, so they never reach your systems or your advisors. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the EU, and Anessa is ISO 27001 certified.
